Our shipping services are currently available only with in the United Kingdom. To ensure accurate shipping options and rates, kindly ensure you select the appropriate shipping destination during the checkout process.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days, not including holidays and weekends, however during the holiday season, it can take up to 4 business days. We will send tracking codes to the email address provided during checkout as soon as they are available.
Shipping Time
All orders will ship within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise noted, depending on product availability. You are responsible for the shipping cost unless you qualify for free shipping (orders over £30.00). We cannot guarantee you will receive your package on a certain day, as the delivery system is out of our control. Tracking will be provided via the email address provided with your order
We are not responsible for inaccurate shipping addresses provided by you. Unfortunately, if you enter the wrong shipping address when purchasing your item(s), Seven Angels London Ltd is not responsible for replacing or refunding your item(s).
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@sevenangelslondon.com with your name, email address and order number(s) and we will look into it for you.
Wholesale orders and custom orders will be ready in 1-2 weeks. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping due to the products being discounted.
Shipping method
Royal mail Standard 48 tracked Shipping
We will ship your order(s) Monday through Saturday via Royal Mail shipping services. Most packages arrive within 3-8 business days, but this is not a guaranteed service. Please note, Royal Mail normally takes 3-4 transit days, but may take up to 10 days.
The base shipping price starts at £4.50, but this may increase depending on the weight of the shipment and your location.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
